Basic knowledge of International Law
Description
The course on Aerospace Law deals with multilateral and bilateral aviation agreements, airline liability, EU air law and criminal air law as well as space law, covering the legal aspects of various space activities, both private and public.
Course objectives
Objectives of the course:
To provide an introduction to public air law, private air law and space law. After this course students are familiar with the principle international legal instruments in these fields and are able to explain their applicability.

Lectures
Number of (2 hour) lectures: One 2-hour class per week for 11 weeks
