Master Honours Classes & Challenges

The Master Honours Classes & Challengesare part of the extracurricular honours education that Leiden University offers its master students. A Master Honours Class or a Challenge is a course of high quality that tackles complex scientific and social issues in an interdisciplinary manner. These Honours Classes or Challenges can be followed by all students that follow a master programme at Leiden University.

Students can apply for one of the Master Honours Classes or Challenge. Upon successful completion, students will receive an Honours Class certificate and the class will be mentioned on the diploma supplement as an extra-curricular course.

You can apply for the Honours Classes & Challenges:

from Monday, 25 September until and including Sunday, 15 October 2023 for classes starting in the 1st semester;

from Monday, 5 February until and including Sunday, 21 February 2024 at 8 a.m. for classes starting in the 2nd semester.
