Admission requirements

Description
This is not going to be a course. It is going to be a cooperation between staff members and ResMa students. The staff members are going to take the students along in the newest research that they are doing, and will ask the students to participate in it, reflect on it, contribute to it, help realizing it, explore the possibilities it offers, or trace the difficulties it may encounter.
Course objectives
Students are introduced in the exciting but at points also uncertain or confusing domain of new research.
They are considered as serious partners in a scholarly dialogue.
They are trained in a variety of skills, depending on the topic or the scholar. They may have to do archival work, give an overview of a field, explore the history of concepts, edit drafts for articles or papers.
They will get accustomed to situations in which critique is not a troubling issue but a roductive one.
They will be asked to be creative in a cooperative endeavour.
