Description

This course helps you to define, measure and evaluate impact, and challenges you to scale your start-up globally.

This course gives you the theory and tools needed to understand the impact of your pilot project. High levels of complexity and uncertainty make it difficult to predict the impact. It is highly important to build a value case for your work by predicting, measuring and evaluating the impact of your pilot project. The goal of anticipating and measuring impact is to drive improvements that increase the value of your project to the audience it serves. This course helps you to plan better, implement more effectively, and successfully bring your initiative to scale. You will learn how to be proactive, create an environment for learning and develop an integrative approach to evaluate your efforts. Based on this information, you are able to make informed assumptions to scale your project globally.
