An MA research topic is selected in consultation with the head of the research group. This may involve the actual processing of finds and features and documentation of that research, or research of published data. It will follow upon the tutorial in one of the specializations. The aim of the MA thesis is to learn students how to write for (and speak to) a scientific audience. In essence the MA thesis ought to be fit for publication.
