RMA-students provide active assistance with the seminar of the thesis supervisor, or with the introductory seminars and with the supervision of BA theses. In practice they aid staff members in providing feedback to assignments made by Ba or Ma-students, following specific criteria.
Learning objectives
Coaching of peer students in correct academic writing according to the prescribed academic standards.
Coach junior students in writing a thesis (coaching with formulating research questions and the theoretical and methodological approach).
Coaching people in a constructive manner.
