Air transport competition law and policy

Course
2010-2011

As air transport undertakings are increasingly privatised, corporatised or commercialised, the application of antitrust and competition laws takes on a special significance. This course focuses on EU competition and US antitrust law and policy, while taking into account Competition Law regimes in other parts of the world (pursuant to a comparative analysis and approach). Special attention will be given to attempts to harmonise the application of Competition Law and Policy between the various jurisdictions.
