Admission to the RMA-programme.
RMA-students provide active assistance with the seminar of the thesis supervisor, or with the introductory seminars and with the supervision of BA-theses. In practice they aid staff members in providing feedback to assignments made by BA or MA-students, following specific criteria.
Ability to coach peer students in correct academic writing according to the prescribed academic standards;
Ability to coach junior students in writing a thesis (coaching with formulating research questions and the theoretical and methodological approach);
Ability to coach students in a constructive manner.
