Admission to the RMA-programme.

Description

RMA-students assist in coaching MA-students by helping to organise courses, coaching students and co-assessing papers (feedback). In this way they learn how to set up seminars, how to assess papers and coach students.

Course objectives

  • Ability to organise a seminar;

  • Knowledge of editing papers (giving feedback);

  • Experience in coaching students in cooperation with staff;

  • Assessment of quality of papers according to prescribed protocol.

Mode of instruction

Assistance during two courses.

Assessment method

The overall performance during the assistance period will be evaluated.
