Description
For 2nd-year RMA-students, Teaching assistance (in cooperation with staff members) is included in the Mobility and exchange in the Caribbean course, involving: discussion points, ability to set up a seminar, knowledge of editing assignments (providing feedback), experience in coaching students, assessment pf papers according to prescribed protocol.
The overall teaching and coaching skills during the assistance period will be evaluated by the track leader.
RMA-students assist in coaching MA-students by helping to organise the course Mobility and exchange in the Caribbean, coaching students andco-assessing papers.
Course objectives
Ability to set up a seminar;
Knowledge of editing papers;
Experience in coaching students in cooperation with staff;
Ability to assess the quality of papers according to prescribed protocol;
Ability to formulate discussion points.
