Following the successful completion of the instructional components of the programme, students are required to complete and submit a thesis on a topic of their choice. It must address and analyse a substantive issue of International and European Business Law.
Through the application of all the knowledge and skills acquired in the programme, the thesis covers all the aspects of the material taught to the students. The thesis can be either comparative or restricted to a single paradigm. It is supposed to investigate and present new and innovative findings in areas which have already been defined, and should not be merely descriptive. Ideally, the thesis is of publishable quality.
