Description
In the thesis laboratory, students learn to prepare a thesis proposal and to provide constructive feedback on proposals worked on by their fellow students. The thesis laboratory provides students with an opportunity to work out their proposal step by step. Once a draft proposal is ready, they present it to obtain feedback by peers and the course instructor. Specific topics to be addressed include: topic relevance, theoretical framework chosen, methodology and data collection issues, ways of analysis and evaluation of results. A satisfactory thesis research proposal is expected from all students as the final result of the course.
