Description
In veertien hoorcolleges worden de basisbegrippen van de muziektheorie behandeld. Onderwerpen die aan de orde zullen komen, zijn: notatie van toonhoogte en ritme, intervallen, toonladders en toonsystemen, drieklanken, septimeakkoorden en andere samenklanken, akkoordprogressie, melodiebouw en -ontwikkeling, klassieke vormen, stemvoering, koraalzetting, basso continuo en partituurlezen.
Schedule
First semester. Classes take place at Lipsius-building (Cleveringaplaats 1, Leiden) room 147, Thursdays 15.15 -17.00. The first class will be on thursday september 19th.
