Description
This tutorial focusses on the the notation, performance practice, history and liturgical context of Gregorian chant, including the the different forms and genres within the corpus. Apart from gaining ability in reading, singing and interpreting Gregorian notation in its many forms, and gaining practical and historical knowledge regarding repertoire, at the end of the year Gregorian mass-songs of one sunday will be studied, rehearsed and performed in context.
