Consultants are the ultimate problem-solvers. Driven to find solutions for a wide range of issues related to business strategy, they advise organisations by employing broad and deep expertise in the fields of innovation strategy, business operations and change management. The aim of this course is to create a better understanding of some of the theoretical approaches to consulting, the consulting process and the tools and techniques that can be used to help organizations improve performance and become more effective.
