The international lawyer we educate in this programme who is working in international legal practice also needs to be an expert in the field of International Judicial and Arbitral Proceedings. We will therefore cover the main procedural issues arising in the international legal proceedings examined. Since the procedures in the different dispute resolution mechanisms available to parties to a dispute are conducted in a similar fashion and comprise common procedural stages, such as jurisdiction, provisional measures, merits, and raise equally similar issues such as evidence and enforcement, this courses will provide students with the main procedural aspects of such procedures throughout the different fields.
