Language acquisition Spanish I
Description
Language in culture is an in-depth course. In this course the Spanish language will be viewed from the cultural context of the speaker. This means that the student will be confronted with the historical, cultural and political background of Latin America based on stories, texts, films and images that are part of the cultural and social background of every Spanish American speaker. Small debates on contemporary themes in Latin America are organized on the basis of audiovisual material. The student learns to collect material on a theme and to process it into a written report.
