Course description
Main topics: Comparative genomics; Protein structure prediction; RNA structure prediction; RNomics; 3D-modeling by Molecular Dynamics; Prediction of protein-protein interactions; Computational approaches for the analysis of microarray data.
The lectures will be accompanied by assignments and their analysis.
Prerequisites info: BSc LST or equivalent
Course objectives: Knowledge and practical skills in computational
analysis of biopolymer structures and genomics data.
