Description
Possible subjects discussed include: polymer physics, DNA mechanics and packaging, RNA- and protein folding, kinetic proofreading in transcription, electrostatics inside the cell, protein target search, chromatin structure. You will learn how quantitative physics approaches can help to interpret biophysics experiments which in turn leads to a better understanding of biological processes.
