Description
To understand the organization, regulation and functioning of our genome, in normal, cancer and aging situations the students will be lectured in the following topics: chromatin structure, histone modifications, gene regulation, recombination, silencing of genes on DNA and RNA level and chromatin remodelling. Bioinformatics aspects are also part of this course.
