Admission requirements
Admission to this course is restricted to students enrolled in the MA Philosophy 60, specialisation Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE).
Description
Provisional description
Acknowledging that PPE is not only a European enterprise, this module seeks to interrogate the importance and meaning of provincialising Europe and considering extra-European traditions of thinking. This dilemma in the politics of knowledge will be linked clearly to the practical political and conceptual challenges of multiculturalism in the form of cosmopolitics.
