Admission requirements
The course can be followed by law students, students from other relevant disciplines and exchange students. A basic understanding of some national constitutional law is helpful but not required.
Description
This course will be a broad overview of some key issues in U.S. Constitutional law with a particular emphasis on questions of presidential power, foreign relations, the independence of the judiciary, and free speech in the era of the Trump presidency.
