Science and Society III consists of the following:
Kick-off meeting for Year 3
Attending 3 of the 5 FSW Food For Thought lunches
A field trip
Honours College FSW study trip

Time: 12-13 hours, dates to be arranged
Registration: by email, at latest the Thursday before the Food for Thought lunch.A field trip
Students themselves are responsible for this part of the Honours programme. They organize the field trip.Honours College FSW study trip
Students explore a European capital city from the point of view of a theme of their own choosing. The students decide the theme of the study trip and all activities in the city are chosen around this theme. The students carry out a small research project. Students attend three lectures in preparation for the study trip. Students compile a joint reader and students participate in a concluding meeting to review and evaluate the study trip. This is followed by the end-of-year drinks.
N.B. These preparations are an integral part of the Honours Programme. Attendance to all of these meetings is compulsory.
