Linguistics: Language Diversity of Africa, Asia and Native America

This is a specialisation within the MA Linguistics.

The specialisation consists of four 10 EC courses or equivalent and the MA thesis (20 EC)

Students take four 10 EC courses (or equivalent), as follows:

Course 1: Any course from Linguistic Structures of Native America, Austronesian and Papuan Linguistics, Languages of Northern Africa and the Arabian Peninsula, Languages of Sub-Saharan Africa
Course 2: Typology
Course 3: Any course offered within the MA Linguistics (including the list below) or a course on a linguistic subject taught in another MA
Course 4: Any course offered within the MA Linguistics (including the list below) or a course on a linguistic subject taught in another MA
